Getting To Know US

Dr. Jenny Long, Owner, Licensed Psychologist

It’s normal for all of us to face challenges from time to time.  Sometimes we need someone from outside of the situation to help us look at situations differently and build skills to figure out our own problems when we get stuck.  I love helping people get unstuck…whether that be from painful experiences of the past, current circumstances, or worry about the future.  While I do not believe our emotional health is anything to be ashamed of, anonymity is of the utmost importance to me. My goal is to provide a low key, comfortable atmosphere that offers discretion and privacy.  I know it can be intimidating to walk through the doors of a behavioral health clinic, but my clients find this is not the case at my office. I offer a wide range of services that cover multiple walks of life. I look forward to helping you achieve YOUR goals.

Jessica Foster, LPC-S
Counselor, Certified Trauma Therapist, EMDR

Sometimes we face difficult times. Perhaps you or your child are currently experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, fear, difficulty in relationships, or effects from traumatic experiences. During these times, it can be challenging to ask for help. As your counselor, I offer compassion, support, understanding, as well as a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I am passionate about helping you or your child continue to grow and become more of who you want to be.

With over 10 years of experience helping children, teenagers, and adults, I have found that connection and courage are foundational to change. As we journey together, I will challenge you, encourage you, and help you learn a new way to handle the difficulties you encounter. I am honored to witness the change that counseling can facilitate and it would be my privilege to journey alongside as you follow your path to growth.
