Whether you are struggling with trauma or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.

My approach generally focuses on thoughts and actions, but I offer a couple of specific approaches to cope with traumatic experiences: EMDR & Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
